Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Our return policy is designed to be as effortless as gliding across calm waters.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Windsurf Harnesses (due to personal fitting requirements)
  • SUP Paddles with signs of use (to prevent water damage claims)
  • Custom-ordered sails from our Hobie Sails collection
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Crew

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your request.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items
